I provide structured, in-depth ADHD evaluations for adults experiencing longstanding difficulties with attention, organization, and executive functioning. Evaluations are conducted via secure telehealth and are designed to carefully assess ADHD symptoms while also considering alternative explanations such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, or burnout.
This is not a brief screening or a shortcut to a diagnosis. The goal is diagnostic clarity with actionable recommendations.

Fees
Adult ADHD evaluations are offered on a private-pay basis.
The fee for a standard evaluation is $1,200.
Payment in full is required prior to the evaluation. I do not bill insurance.

FAQs
Will this guarantee an ADHD diagnosis?
No. The purpose of the evaluation is diagnostic clarity, which may or may not include an ADHD diagnosis.
Is it less accurate because it is not an in-person evaluation?
For adults, ADHD can be evaluated effectively through telehealth. Most of the information needed to make a careful diagnosis comes from your history, current functioning, and standardized questionnaires—not from being physically in the same room. Any limitations of telehealth are considered when results are interpreted.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. I do not prescribe medication or make specific medication recommendations.
Will my doctor accept this report?
Many providers do, but acceptance is at their discretion.
Can this be used for accommodations or legal purposes?
No. This evaluation is not intended for legal, court, or formal accommodation documentation.
Do you evaluate children or teens?
No. This service is for adults only.
