My goal is simple – I want to support your personal growth through therapy. Whether you want to receive help with a difficult life transition, address problematic emotions and behaviors, or enhance skills and communication, I can help.

I am a psychologist trained in evidence-based treatments. I have particular expertise in treating psychological trauma and PTSD, such as acute stress, divorce, combat, or accidents. I have been certified by the National Center for PTSD as a provider for Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive-Processing Therapy (CPT), both evidenced-based treatments to help reduce the symptoms of PTSD. I have worked with veterans, active duty soldiers, and law enforcement personnel.

I also treat other issues such as insomnia and sleep problems, anxiety disorders, panic attacks, mood disorders, relationship problems, anger, and other stressful life transitions. I have also completed specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), anger therapy, and behavioral activation (BA).

My work is empirically-informed and customized to the unique and diverse needs of my clients. My goal is to equip you with concrete skills you can use to enact meaningful change in your life.
